Steps to download and Install Telegram Messenger on your PC:
Step :1- Download an Android emulator named “Bluestacks” software from HERE.
Step :2- Install Bluestacks on your PC
The installation wizard will guide you through the process.
Step :3- After everything is setup,headover to the top right corner of the application.
Here you can find an option to search.
Step :4- Now search for “Telegram Messenger”
Step :5- click install.
This will install Telegram Messenger on your PC.
